Inspired by a girlfriend’s horrible ex-boyfriend, this song rings similar tones as the older Al song, Never Met a Person as Wonderful as Me. Steve thinks it’s a shadow style parody of Steve Martin. Or maybe that’s just what all early 80s comedy songs sound like.
